Election of officers is held on the third Saturday of June each year in conjunction with the A.G.M. BECAUSE OF THE RECENT EARTHQUAKES, THE AGM IS NOW SCHEDULED TO BE HELD IN THE AVALON LOUNGE SATURDAY 16TH JULY 2011 AT 10.00AM.
